Jean Williams

Jean is a corporate finance executive and director of Java Capital Trustees and Sponsors. Prior to joining Java Capital, Jean was the Company Secretary of a JSE listed telecommunications company, having worked with the company on its listing on the JSE in 2007, and subsequently serving as its Designated Advisor. Jean has worked on numerous transactions, including but not limited to new listings, acquisitions, disposals and other related matters, having being involved with a niche corporate finance firm for a number of years. In addition, Jean has experience in human resources, management consulting and retail banking.
